Sidroga Stress and Nerve Tea is a traditional herbal medicine used to improve the condition of nervous stress and fatigue and to promote sleep. It contains valerian root, lavender flowers, lemon balm leaves and peppermint leaves. The tea is prepared by pouring boiling water on a filter bag and letting it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. The recommended daily dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is 2-3 cups of tea before bedtime. The medicine should not be used for longer than 2 weeks. Sidroga Stress and Nerve Tea is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Possible side effects such as hypersensitivity, nausea, gastrointestinal complaints and abdominal pain are known. People with certain pre-existing conditions or allergies should not use the medicine. Before use, possible interactions with other medicines should be considered. Pregnant women, nursing mothers and persons with impaired roadworthiness should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The medicinal product is available in packs of 20 filter sachets.
