Directions for use of the article Sovita Care Eisen Plus Kapseln: This food supplement supports normal blood formation and contains important B vitamins. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule, which should be taken with some liquid. The product should be stored in a dry place, protected from light and below 25 °C. One capsule contains 5 mg iron, 9 mg niacin, 200 μg folic acid, 150 μg biotin and 1 μg vitamin B12. The capsules also contain other ingredients such as sunflower oil, gelatine and humectants. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. The product should be stored out of the reach of children.
