Directions for use of the product NICApur Ferroverde 21: - Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - Directions for use: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid, preferably on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after a meal.
