Instructions for use for THERMACARE Pain gel, 50 g

ThermaCare pain gel is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine for external use. It is used in adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over for the treatment of pain, such as acute strains, sprains or bruises in the region of the limbs as a result of sports and accident injuries, as well as in inflammatory soft tissue rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis and bursitis. ThermaCare Pain Gel should be used as prescribed to achieve the best possible treatment success. It should be applied to uninjured skin and massaged in gently. A daily dose of 20 g of gel should not be exceeded. The medicinal product must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the ingredients or have pre-damaged kidneys. Special caution is required in patients who are hypersensitive to anti-inflammatory drugs and in children under 14 years of age. Side effects may occur, e.g. slight local reddening of the skin, skin inflammation, itching and, in individual cases, asthma attacks in correspondingly predisposed patients. ThermaCare Pain Gel should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The exact dosage and duration of use should be discussed with a doctor.
