Instructions for use for THERMACARE Pain gel, 100 g

ThermaCare pain gel is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine for external use. It is used in adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over to treat pain in acute strains, sprains or bruises in the region of the limbs resulting from sports and accident injuries. It is also used for inflammatory soft tissue rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tendovaginitis and bursitis. ThermaCare pain gel contains the active ingredient felbinac. The gel is applied to the painful areas 2-4 times a day and massaged in gently. The total dose should not be exceeded. There are some contraindications to the use of ThermaCare Pain Gel, such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients, kidney complications and pre-damaged kidneys. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use the gel. Possible side effects are mild local skin redness, drug-induced bronchial asthma and skin inflammation and itching.
