Sedariston® drops

Sometimes things just don't go well: stress at work, anger in a relationship, far too many to-dos at once - and suddenly the battery is empty.Thoughts are spinning in your head, your body can't calm down.Inner restlessness, bad mood, sleep problems, nervous stomach - at some point the “close your eyes and get through” just ends.If your head doesn't want to switch off, Sedariston® drops can help you switch off - gentle, herbal and well tolerated.

Sedariston® drops are a herbal medicine to improve your condition during nervous stress and to support sleep.The combination of valerian, St. John's wort and lemon balm helps body and mind to come back into harmony: Valerian has a calming effect and relieves tension.St. John's wort has a mood-enhancing effect and strengthens inner resistance.Lemon balm supports relaxation and can relieve nervous side effects such as an unsettled stomach.Sedariston® drops help to reduce stress, become calmer and go through the day more balanced.

Sedariston® drops are a traditional herbal medicine that is registered exclusively for the areas of application based on many years of use.They are manufactured while maintaining the highest German quality standards.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

1 ml (corresponding to 0.93 g or 27 drops) of liquid contains: 0.186 g extract from valerian root (1:9-11), extract agent: ethanol 55% v/v, 0.186 g extract from St. John's wort (1:9-11), extract agent: ethanol 55% v/v, 0.188 g extract from lemon balm leaves (1:4-6),Extractant: Ethanol 55% v/v.Other ingredients: Purified water, ethanol.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be taken if you are allergic to valerian root, St. John's wort or lemon balm leaves or any of the other ingredients of this medicine or if you know that your skin is hypersensitive to light.

Dosage

The recommended dose for adults is: 20 drops 3 times daily.The single dose is 0.74 ml (0.69 g), the daily dose is 2.22 ml (2.07 g).It is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to insufficient research.There is no sufficient data to provide specific dosage recommendations for impaired liver or kidney function.

If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 2 weeks, you should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

An overdose usually has no consequences.If you have significantly overdosed on this medicine, you should consult a doctor.Accidental drinking by children or small children can lead to nausea, vomiting, dizziness and loss of consciousness due to the alcohol content.In this case, a doctor should be contacted immediately.

Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose, but continue taking it as directed or as prescribed by your doctor.

Intake

Please take the drops diluted in a little liquid (preferably half a glass of water) before or with meals.To help you fall asleep, please take a single dose half an hour to an hour before going to bed, and another single dose earlier in the evening if necessary.

I was a bit afraid of taking Sedariston, as St John's wort tends to cause side effects, but the dosage of Sedariston seems to have worked well. Apart from the desired effect, I had no side effects. The desired effect for me was that the drops should calm me down. I occasionally struggle with mild depressive phases and I take the drops for this. I was sceptical at first because they are herbal and I didn't know whether they would work. However, the drops do a very good job. I take them during my lows and can thus counteract the sleep disturbances and lack of motivation that occur when I'm feeling low. When I feel better again, I can stop taking them without any problems. That's how I imagine the effect to be!

A great product if you want to do something about insomnia and inner restlessness. I opted for the drops, but I think the capsules work just as well. You notice a calming feeling shortly after taking them. My sleep improved after the first dose and my inner restlessness disappeared after just a few doses. I had no side effects, which was very positive for me, as such products are often associated with strong side effects. However, you should always be careful when combining St John's wort with other medications, as interactions can occur.

I came across Sedariston drops because stress always affected my stomach. So when things got stressful at work, I immediately got an upset stomach and gastrointestinal problems. As this made my everyday life a real horror, I decided to do something about it. I did some research on the Internet, in various forums and on websites and came across Sedariston. After ordering, I started taking it straight away and with the drops, both the restlessness caused by the stress and the stomach problems disappeared. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and now always have a bottle at home.

As I don't like taking tablets, I came across Sedariston drops. Prescription medication was taboo for me, even though my doctor wanted to prescribe tranquillisers for my constant restlessness. So I was looking for herbal drops that could help me. My pharmacist then advised me to take Sedariston. It is easy to take and I have not noticed any side effects. The effect is good, it makes me calmer and I was able to sleep better again. I was also able to cope better with stress at work. All in all, I'm now glad that I didn't resort to psychotropic drugs straight away, but tried something else first, which I found helped just as well.

I am a big fan of Sedariston drops. Because they are drops and not tablets, you can dose them as you like. I often had problems with other products because the dose of a tablet was too strong for me and I became exhausted, tired and exhausted. With Sedariston drops, I can decide for myself how high the dose should be and I think that's great. The effect is great, even if I spread the intake over several times a day. It works exactly as it should and doesn't make you tired or exhausted. I can only recommend Sedariston to anyone.

Sedariston helped me to find my inner centre again, after I had been shaken by a few strokes of fate and was looking for myself again, it was a good companion. After a long time, I found peace again and was finally able to sleep again. After you've had two weeks to calm down again, it has an energising effect so that you can find the drive to tackle and master your tasks again. It helped me get back on my feet when I fell, so I would take it again at any time if I found myself in such a situation again. A very good product in my eyes.
