Cutimed Siltec Plus is a highly absorbent foam dressing for the treatment of low to moderately exuding wounds. The foam dressing consists of a polyurethane foam with an adhesive silicone film for secure initial adhesion. The "third hand effect" makes Cutimed Siltec Plus easy to apply, even to wounds that are difficult to access. The silicone film protects the newly formed tissue and prevents it from sticking to the wound. The dressing provides fast and reliable exudate management. Cutimed Siltec Plus is suitable for the treatment of chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers and decubitus ulcers, as well as secondary healing wounds such as post-operative wounds and skin grafts.
