Area of application

This herbal medicine is used for digestive disorders and to stimulate the appetite.It helps with loss of appetite and mild cramp-like complaints in the gastrointestinal area.No prescription is required for this product.

Contraindications

The tea must not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to yarrow or other composite plants such as arnica, chamomile flowers or marigolds.

Dosage

The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed the tea differently.Please follow the instructions for use so that the tea can work properly.

You should drink a cup of tea three times a day.To stimulate your appetite, take the tea half an hour before meals; if you have digestive problems, take it after meals.

For a cup of tea, use a filter bag and pour about 150 ml of boiling water over it.Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes, then take out the filter bag and squeeze it gently.Drink the freshly made tea.

There are no sufficient studies on the use of yarrow herb during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age.Preparations made from yarrow herb should therefore not be used by this group of people.
