Cefazink 10 mg film-coated tablets are a mineral preparation used for the treatment of proven zinc deficiency and for therapy with penicillamine and other complexing agents. The dosage is 1-2 film-coated tablets daily before meals. The film-coated tablets should be taken with sufficient liquid. The duration of use depends on the need and the success of the treatment. In case of an overdose, metallic taste, headache, diarrhoea and vomiting may occur. The intake should not be continued with double the amount if it has been forgotten. Cefazink 10 mg Film-Coated Tablets should not be taken if you are hypersensitive to zinc D-gluconate or other ingredients. If side effects occur, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
