Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 2 to 4 times a day: A tablespoon full (approx. 1.5 g) of peppermint leaves is poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, strained through a tea strainer.

In the case of acute symptoms that last longer than a week or that recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.
