1 Sachet (5.073 g) contains 300 mg magnesium (as magnesium citrate).Other ingredients are sucrose (sugar), citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, riboflavin (E 101), orange flavor.The granules contain sucrose (sugar) and sodium.

Contraindications

This medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to magnesium citrate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.It should also not be used in cases of severe kidney dysfunction (glomerular filtration capacity < 30 ml/min) or if there are disturbances in the conduction of impulses in the heart that lead to slow heartbeat (bradycardia).

Dosage

Adults should take 1 sachet daily (equivalent to 300 mg magnesium).Dissolve the granules in half a glass of water, juice or tea and drink the entire contents of the glass.If the kidney function is intact, no side effects are to be expected since excess magnesium is excreted via the kidneys.If you take more than you should, or if someone with severe kidney problems or a child accidentally takes the medicine, please contact your doctor or an emergency room for risks and advice.Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose.
