1 Drinking granulate (5 g) of Magnesium Diasporal® 300 mg granules for making an oral solution contains 1856.06 mg magnesium citrate, which corresponds to 300 mg magnesium ion.Other ingredients include sucrose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, riboflavin and nature-identical flavorings.

Contraindications

This product should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, have severe kidney dysfunction, or have cardiac conduction disorders that lead to slow heartbeat (bradycardia).If you are hypersensitive to some sugars or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult a doctor before taking it.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take the daily dose of 300 mg magnesium with one packet of Magnesium Diasporal® 300 mg granules to prepare an oral solution.In children, the dose must be reduced according to their daily requirements.The granules are dissolved in a glass of water, juice or tea and drunk.
