Lactobact® AAD is a food for special medical purposes specifically developed for the dietary management of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.It contains five highly concentrated probiotic cultures that can help reduce the negative effects of antibiotic therapy.No prescription is required for this product.

Application and dosage

The recommended dosage is two Lactobact® AADcapsules once daily.These should be taken during and after antibiotic therapy.An interval of at least two hours between taking the antibiotic and Lactobact® AAD is optimal.The capsules contain a total of 10 billion colony-forming units of probiotic bacterial cultures.

Storage

Lactobact® AAD should be stored tightly closed and dry.Cooling is not required.The storage location should be out of the reach of small children.

Per daily dose (2 capsules) Lactobact® AAD contains 15.14 kJ (3.69 kcal) energy value, 0.04 g protein, 0.76 g carbohydrates and 0.04 g fat.Per 100 g there is 1700 kJ (410 kcal) energy value, 3.8 g protein, 84.6 g carbohydrates and 4.6 g fat.

Ingredients

The ingredients of Lactobact® AAD include fillers such as corn starch and modified corn starch.The bacteria included are Bifidobacterium lactis B5764, Bifidobacterium longum BB536, Enterococcus faecium B4598, Lactobacillus acidophilus B43640 and Lactobacillus salivarius B6313.The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan is used as a thickener and magnesium salts of fatty acids are used as a release agent.

Lactobact® AAD is free of animal protein, gluten, milk, lactose, yeast and genetic engineering.

Contraindications

Instructions for taking

Lactobact® AAD should be taken two capsules once daily with half a glass of water.An interval of at least two hours between taking the antibiotic and Lactobact® AAD is optimal.The product has a shelf life of up to two years and is suitable for constant consumption due to its purely organic composition.It is also suitable for diabetics and food allergy sufferers.
