Summary: Dimet 20 is a physically effective solution for the treatment of head lice and nits. It contains dimeticone and dodecanol and provides a gentle killing of lice and their eggs. The application is simple and takes only 20 minutes. Dimet 20 is well tolerated and works effectively. The solution is applied to dry hair, massaged in thoroughly and rinsed out after the application time. A second application after 8-10 days is recommended to ensure the success of the treatment. The solution is reimbursable for children up to 12 years. Dimet 20 does not contain any preservatives or dyes and is pH-neutral. It is manufactured by Pädia GmbH.
