Instructions for use of the article Hedrin Once Liquid Gel against head lice and nits: Hedrin Once Liquid Gel is an effective remedy against head lice and nits. It physically suffocates the lice and effectively kills the nits. Hedrin Once already shows effect after one application. However, a check-up should be carried out one week after application to make sure that no lice or nits have been missed. If live lice are found, the treatment can be repeated. Hedrin Once can be applied as often as desired without the lice developing resistance. The gel can be used by adults and children from 6 months of age. When using, the gel should be applied to dry hair. Sufficient gel should be used to ensure that the scalp is completely covered and the hair is saturated. The gel should be thoroughly distributed from the roots to the ends of the hair, either with the fingers or a comb. It should be left on for at least 15 minutes and shampoo should be applied directly to the hair before wetting to remove the gel. After rinsing thoroughly, hair should be shampooed and rinsed as desired. Hedrin Once Liquid Gel contains no volatile ingredients. However, the usual safety precautions should be observed during application, in particular the hair should be kept away from naked flames. If one family member has head lice, it is important that all other family members are also checked and treated at the same time. The gel should be used with caution in case of accidental spillage. It should be kept out of reach of children and stored in the original packaging at temperatures below 25 °C. The product should not be used after the expiry date and the empty packaging can be recycled.
