Summary: Medcoat swallow aid is a coating for large and unpleasant tasting tablets and capsules. It makes it easier to swallow large or bitter tablets by applying a smooth and saliva-stimulating coating to the tablets. The coating has a pleasant lemon flavour that masks the bitter taste of the tablets. The swallowing aid is particularly suitable for older people and children. To coat a tablet, it is simply pushed through a flat plastic cup filled with a soft mass. One cup is usually enough for one large or two smaller tablets. The swallow aid dissolves about a minute after swallowing and does not affect the effectiveness of the tablets. The Medcoat swallow aid is ideal for travelling and can hold up to 30 large tablets or 60 small tablets. It is recommended to store the product at room temperature in the original sealed pack and to protect it from sunlight. Allergens are not contained. Medcoat Swallow has a calorific value of 1510 kJ / 365 kcal per 100 g and contains 21 g fat, 69 g carbohydrate, 1 g protein and 0 g salt. The product contains the sweeteners maltitol, vegetable fats (coconut, palm), acidity regulator citric acid, gelatine, sugar esters of fatty acids, colour curcumin and lemon flavouring.
