Grintuss children's juice is a completely natural product based on honey and the plant molecule complex Poliresin®.It protects the upper respiratory tract and relieves irritation.The juice is alcohol-free and gluten-free and has a pleasant taste.All ingredients come from sustainable and organic farming.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Grintuss children's juice is suitable for treating coughs caused by irritation of the mucous membrane in the upper respiratory tract.It is suitable for children aged one year and over.

Mode of action

Grintuss protects the mucous membrane by calming irritation and moisturizing the mucous membrane.This happens through the following mechanisms:

Barrier function: Grintuss forms a protective film that adheres to the mucous membrane and protects against contact with irritants.

Moisturizing effect: The juice moisturizes the mucous membrane in the throat area.

Lubricating effect: Grintuss reduces the friction in the throat that triggers coughing.

Grintuss softens the cough without suppressing it and respects the cough's important role in defense for the upper respiratory tract.

The composition of Grintuss children's juice includes the following functional components:

Honey*, molecular complex of resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids from grindelia*, ribwort plantain* and helichrysum* (Poliresin®);Polysaccharide content (molecular weight > 20,000 Daltons) ≥ 20 %.

The juice also contains cane sugar*, water, essential oils from lemon, sweet orange and myrtle, natural lemon aroma, gum arabic and xanthan gum.

* Ingredient from controlled organic cultivation.

Grintuss children's juice is alcohol-free.

Contraindications

Grintuss children's juice should not be used if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients.If symptoms do not improve, a doctor should be consulted.

Dosage

It is recommended to give 5 ml (equivalent to 1 measuring spoon) to children aged 1 to 6 years and 10 ml (equivalent to 2 measuring spoons) to children aged 6 years and over two to four times a day.The last dose should be before going to bed.Shake well before use.The bottle should be carefully closed after use and the measuring spoon cleaned thoroughly.Once opened, the juice should be consumed within three months.A practical measuring spoon is included in every pack.

Grintuss children's juice should be stored at room temperature and protected from heat and light.It should be kept out of the reach of children.The expiry date refers to the unopened and properly stored product.One measuring spoon (5 ml) contains approx. 0.404 BE (bread units).
