Summary: Bile lozenge with artichoke is a traditional herbal medicinal product for the relief of digestive complaints such as bloating and flatulence. It contains dry artichoke leaf extract and is used in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over. The medicine should not be taken in case of hypersensitivity to artichoke, obstruction of the bile duct, gallstone disease, liver inflammation or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side effects may include mild diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, nausea, heartburn and skin rashes. The dosage is 1 coated tablet 3 times a day before meals. The duration of use is not limited, but should be reviewed by a doctor after one week. Storage should be at room temperature. The pack size is 50 coated tablets.
