The CoaguChek INRange system is a small, mobile measuring device with which patients can measure the coagulation value themselves. It provides safe, reliable and laboratory-comparable measurement results. The device has a colour display and enables a painless blood collection with the Coagu-Chek XS Softclix lancing device. It requires only 8 µl of blood from the fingertip and displays the result within 60 seconds. The CoaguChek INRange system documents the therapy progress via graphs & reports and offers report graphs directly on the PC without additional software. The device package contains the CoaguChek INRange device including system pouch, 6 CoaguChek XS PT test PST strips, the CoaguChek XS Softclix lancing device, CoaguChek Softclix lancets, 4 AAA-batteries and an instruction manual. It is used with non-sensitive, heparin-interfering test strips and is unaffected by elevated fibrinogen concentrations and low haematocrit levels. The CoaguChek INRange system is manufactured by Roche Diagnostics. It can be purchased from mail order pharmacies.
