It helps me well. Of course, it works best before or with fructose-heavy meals, but it also works afterwards, e.g. if I have eaten something on the go + already have some ++ symptoms.

I am more than satisfied with the Fructaid capsules. At last I can eat with friends or in restaurants again without any problems, despite my fructose intolerance. I can only recommend them

In the case of fructose intolerance, simply take before eating if there is fructose in the food.

The capsules help, but you need a lot of them. If you need a lot, then it's no longer so favourable.

At last there is a remedy for fructose malabsorption or intolerance. My symptoms have improved with these capsules.
