Perio.Aid Active Control mouthwash contains 0.05% chlorhexidine (CHX) and 0.05% cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC).This product is specifically designed to contribute to daily plaque control.Numerous studies prove its effectiveness.No prescription is required for this product.

Application

This mouthwash is particularly suitable after dental treatments to actively keep dental biofilm under control.It is ideal for people with excessive oral biofilm accumulation or difficult oral hygiene.The solution is alcohol-free, ready to use and has a pleasantly fresh taste.It is suitable for long-term use.

Application note

Rinse your mouth morning and evening after brushing your teeth with 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds.Then spit it out. NICHT SWALLOW.Do not rinse with water.Do not eat or drink anything for half an hour.

Most toothpastes contain anionic ingredients that reduce the effectiveness of chlorhexidine.If you use such toothpastes, rinse your mouth three times with plenty of water before using Perio.Aid Active Control.Perio.Aid Intensive Care gel toothpaste Intensive Care contains no anionic ingredients and can therefore be used in conjunction with the Perio.Aid Active Control mouthwash.

General information

In some cases, changes in taste sensation may occur during use, but these generally decrease over time.This product contains chlorhexidine, an ingredient that may temporarily discolor teeth and tongue.This discoloration usually only occurs after prolonged use of the product and upon contact with certain foods and drinks, such as red wine, coffee, tea and tobacco.These discolorations are not permanent and can be avoided by brushing your teeth carefully.Discoloration of interdental brushes should be avoided before using the mouthwash.Discoloration can also be easily removed by your dentist's office.The product is recommended by dentists.

Composition

The mouthwash consists of chlorhexidine digluconate 0.05% and cetylpyridinium chloride 0.05 %.

Keep the product out of the reach of children.Do not expose it to direct sunlight.Do not use the product if there is sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
