Artelac Complete EDO eye drops are a complete solution for the treatment of dry eyes. The eye drops contain 0.24 % hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate) as well as other ingredients such as carbomer, glycerin and a lipid component. They help alleviate the symptoms of dry or watery eyes by moisturising the retina, reducing evaporation and providing rich nourishment. Unlike most eye moisturisers, Artelac eye drops provide a complete solution for dry eyes by helping the natural tear fluid to moisturise. The eye drops are convenient for on-the-go use and well tolerated. Artelac Complete EDO eye drops are applied by taking a dose from the strip and removing the cap. Then the head should be tilted slightly backwards and the lower eyelid carefully pulled downwards. The vial is then held vertically over the open eye and a drop is placed on the eyeball. After closing the eyelids and gently moving the eye from left to right, one should blink to distribute the liquid on the surface of the eye. It is recommended to remove the contact lenses before application and to reinsert them after about 15 minutes. Artelac Complete EDO eye drops are a convenient solution for dry eye symptom relief. They provide comprehensive moisturisation and are well tolerated. The differences between Artelac Complete EDO and Artelac Complete MDO are that the EDO eye drops come in single doses that are discarded after use, while the MDO eye drops are a multi-dose container that can be used for up to 6 months.
