Directions for use of the product ZeckEx SpotOn vet. ZeckEx SpotOn vet. is a herbal alternative to chemical repellents and provides excellent long-term protection for all vertebrates. It is also suitable for cats and young dogs and offers additional protection against fleas, mites, hair lice and flying insects such as mosquitoes and horseflies. The product contains purely herbal ingredients and is easy to use. Expert advice for use on rodents and horses: Rodents: Over a period of more than 3 weeks, one drop should be placed on the finger and massaged into the neck twice a week. Once basic stabilisation is achieved, one weekly application is sufficient. Horses: For a period of more than 3 weeks, one drop should be placed on the finger once a day and massaged into the girth position, the rear inner thighs and the base of the ear. Once basic stabilisation has been achieved, weekly application is sufficient. Recommendation for use: Over a period of more than three weeks, one drop should be placed on the finger daily and massaged into both ear cones. Alternatively, one drop each can be massaged in between the shoulder blades and at the base of the tail (directly on the skin). As soon as the basic stabilisation is achieved, an application of 1-2 times a week is sufficient, depending on the body weight. In case of heavy regional tick exposure, the application can be adjusted individually to 4-5 times. Hints: ZeckEx SpotOn is basically waterproof in rain and bathing in water, but should be reapplied after shampooing. The product contains geraniol and may cause allergic reactions.
