Deslora - 1 A Pharma® is an anti-allergic drug with the active ingredient desloratadine.It helps with the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as frequent sneezing, a runny and stuffy nose, and red and watery eyes.It can also be used for hives (urticaria), which manifests itself as itching and hives.The modern 3rd generation antihistamine does not make you sleepy compared to conventional active ingredients.It is suitable for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over and is available without a prescription from your pharmacy.

With the active ingredient desloratadine

Application

Deslora - 1 A Pharma® is intended for oral use.The film-coated tablet should be swallowed whole (unchewed) with a glass of water.The recommended dose is one film-coated tablet once daily.The tablet can be taken with or without food.The duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor, depending on the type of allergic rhinitis you suffer from.

Ingredients

Active ingredient per 1 tablet: 5 mg desloratadine.Other ingredients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydrogenated vegetable oil (type 1), titanium dioxide, macrogol 400, indigo carmine aluminum salt.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take one film-coated tablet once a day with water.

Intake

The recommended dosage is one tablet once daily with water, with or without food.This medicine is to be taken orally.Swallow the tablet whole (unchewed).

Patient information

Please talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking this medicine if you have impaired kidney function or if you have a medical history or a family history of seizures.Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.If you take the recommended dosage, this medicine is not expected to affect your ability to drive or use machines. Although most people do not experience drowsiness, it is recommended that you avoid activities that require mental alertness until your personal response to the medicine has been established.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.Desloratadine is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.Data on male fertility/female fertility are not available.
