Unfortunately, I am not blessed with the best immune system and am very susceptible, especially in the cold and dark season. Since I started taking additional vitamin D, I am no longer quite as susceptible as before.

This product was recommended to me by my doctor to support bone formation/function. Also after accidents that force you to stay indoors so no sunlight exposure. I would therefore recommend it.
