Instructions for use for POSIFORLID COMOD 1 mg/ml eye drops, 10 ml

Posiforlid Comod 1 mg/ml eye drops are intended for the symptomatic treatment of inflammation of the eyelid margins (blepharitis), non-specific conjunctivitis and irritation caused by dust, smoke or sun. The medicinal product contains the active substance salicylic acid (Ph. Eur.) and should not be used without adequate concomitant therapy in infectious diseases. Before use, it should be noted that the medicinal product must not be used in the case of certain allergies, while wearing contact lenses and in the case of eye injuries. It is advisable to consult a doctor if symptoms persist or recur. The recommended dosage for adults is 1 drop 4 times a day, spread throughout the day. The application is made into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye. As a rule, the duration of treatment should not exceed two weeks. Possible side effects are rare and may include allergic skin reactions, contact allergies and mild eye burning. In case of pregnancy and lactation, a doctor should be consulted before use. Interactions with other medicinal products are not known. The medicinal product should be stored out of reach of children and not above 25 °C.
