Directions for use of the article Cefavit B12 Chewable Tablets Cefavit B12 Chewable Tablets are a food supplement with high doses of vitamin B12. The vitamin helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and supports normal energy metabolism as well as the normal function of the nervous system and the psyche. The recommended daily dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is one tablet, which should be chewed slowly in the mouth and allowed to dissolve. The tablets should be taken between meals. The chewable tablets contain 400 µg of vitamin B12 per tablet, which is 16,000% of the recommended daily intake. The composition includes starch (maize), fillers such as mannitol and microcrystalline cellulose, as well as anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids, methylcobalamin, cyanocobalamin and flavouring. The product is 100% vegan and free from lactose, fructose, gluten, allergens, gelatine, colourings and yeast. The flavour comes from natural ingredients and has a raspberry taste.
