Directions for use of the article Levocetirizine - 1 A Pharma 5 mg Film-Coated Tablets: Levocetirizine - 1 A Pharma contains the active substance levocetirizine dihydrochloride and is used to treat allergic rhinitis and hives. It must not be taken if you are allergic to levocetirizine, cetirizine or hydroxyzine, or if you have severe renal insufficiency. You should talk to a doctor or pharmacist before taking it, especially if you have problems emptying your bladder, epilepsy or impaired kidney function. Levocetirizine - 1 A Pharma can be taken with or without food. In case of overdose, a doctor should be contacted immediately. Possible side effects are dry mouth, headache, tiredness, drowsiness, fatigue and abdominal pain.
