Dosage

For pleasant breath and protection for pain-sensitive teeth, the mouthwash should be used morning and evening after brushing your teeth.To do this, rinse or gargle 10 ml of the undiluted mouthwash in your mouth for 30 to 60 seconds and then spit it out.Do not swallow or rinse.
