Innovall Microbiotic RDS capsules, 84 pcs

I was recommended this product by my doctor. I am very satisfied. I was hardly able to leave the house for years, so I was plagued by diarrhoea. I still have mishaps here and there, but not so often and for so long. This product has given me a new attitude to life

After more than 1 1/2 years of terrible bowel problems alternating between diarrhoea in the morning, constipation from midday and bloating in the evening, so that I couldn't get my trousers closed and looked like I was 3 months pregnant. Anyone can imagine what that does to your psyche, sex and relationship - it's just a huge strain. I have been taking Inoval RDS almost continuously since August. It's my salvation, all my symptoms have disappeared, like magic. I stopped taking it twice for a short time, but unfortunately the symptoms came back very quickly. That's why I'm now taking it for as long as I need it, forever if I have to.

The only thing that has helped me with irritable bowel syndrome so far. I take the product permanently and have never had any problems.

I have been taking the Innovall RDS capsules for almost a year now and have had very good experiences with them for the most part. Stool consistency and discomfort have improved somewhat, which hardly any probiotic has managed to do for me so far. I started taking this probiotic when I learnt that the excipients in the preparation had been changed for the better (for me and my allergies); potato starch is now used instead of cornflour. In addition, the capsule is made of cellulose and not gelatine (which many people cannot tolerate or do not want to take) and no fillers are used which I find harmful. Although there has been a positive development in recent years with regard to fillers in probiotics from many companies, so that products with gelatine, lactose etc. as fillers are much less common, this still has to be seen as a positive development, as it is unfortunately not a matter of course. Unfortunately, many probiotics also contain fructose, innulin etc. (as food for the bacterial strains) which could cause problems for people with lactose intolerance. The probiotic also contains "only" one strain of lactic acid bacteria, which has the advantage for sensitive people that it is easier to recognise whether the strain of lactic acid bacteria is good for them. The chance that you will tolerate it is also higher. A person with a very irritated gut can quickly react sensitively to a probiotic with ten or more strains. Unfortunately, these preparations are replacing preparations with only one or two strains, especially on the internet. Of course, a probiotic with many strains also has advantages, but you should also be aware of the risks for sensitive people. As mentioned, you should also bear in mind that it is impossible to say which strain will help you and whether some strains would be counterproductive for you and the effect would be better without them. For me, the only small drawbacks of the product are the strange pack sizes and the price. Although this is not excessively high, it is still a relatively high financial burden, as you could need the product for the rest of your life if you have irritable bowel syndrome. It would also be nice if you could get samples from your doctor, as with other probiotics. I would also be very pleased if the company were to launch other probiotics with one or two strains and as few fillers as possible. Preparations with bifidobacteria would also be good.
