Pour body-warm water and the enclosed salt into the NeilMed Sinus Rinse pressure bottle. Stand or sit over a sink and gently press the bottle to let the solution flow out of one nostril and drain through the other. Nasal irrigation removes pollen, mucus, scabs, germs and dirt particles from the nose. It is especially helpful for cold symptoms, allergies, dry nose and staying in dusty environments. The nasal douche should only be used by one person and cleaned after each use. Avoid using tap water to dissolve the salt and do not use sea salt or table salt. Clean the bottle regularly with washing-up liquid and warm water and let it air dry. The nasal douche can be used several times a day, as needed and as recommended by your doctor.
