Directions for use of Weleda Organic Breastfeeding Tea: Weleda Organic Breastfeeding Tea is a food tea used to balance fluid levels during breastfeeding and promote a relaxed breastfeeding relationship. It is recommended to pour boiling water over one bag and let it steep for 5 minutes. Three cups should be drunk daily. The tea contains only selected ingredients from controlled organic cultivation such as fenugreek, anise, caraway, fennel and lemon verbena leaves, which give it its mild taste. There are 20 filter bags in a pack. The tea should be stored in a dry place. The manufacturer, Weleda AG, is based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. The tea does not contain any allergens.
