Area of application
Linola sept skin cream with clioquinol is a specially developed cream for the treatment of abraded, inflamed or purulent skin.It contains an antibacterial active ingredient in a cooling, low-fat cream and is used for infected skin diseases.
Mode of action
Linola sept skin cream with clioquinol has an antiseptic effect and is used to treat infected skin diseases.The active ingredient clioquinol has an antibacterial and antifungal effect.

Ingredients of Linola sept skin cream with clioquinol:
The active ingredient is clioquinol.100 g of cream contains 0.5 g of clioquinol.
Other ingredients: Carbomer 980, decyl oleate, unsaturated fatty acids (C18), glycerol monostearate, macrogol stearyl ether (3) (Ph. Eur.), Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (Ph. Eur.) (E218), sodium ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E215), stearic acid (Ph. Eur.) (E570), trometamol, bleachedwax, purified water.
Contraindications
Linola sept skin cream with clioquinol must not be used if you are hypersensitive to clioquinol or one of the other ingredients, if you are hypersensitive to iodine, in the ear canal in the case of middle ear infections and on the conjunctiva.
Dosage
Recommended use of Linola sept skin cream with Clioquinol:
Always use Linola sept skin cream with Clioquinol exactly as directed.Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the cream is applied thinly to the affected skin areas twice a day and rubbed lightly.
Duration of application:
The preparation is used as directed by a doctor or until the disease has healed.

The product is a cream for use on the skin.Apply the skin cream thinly to the affected skin areas twice a day and then rub the cream lightly.
Patient information
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.In patients with thyroid disorders, plasma iodine levels should be monitored during long-term use.If clothing lies directly on the areas of skin that have been applied with cream, yellow discoloration may occur.If the items of clothing are washed out immediately, no permanent discoloration is to be expected, while dried stains are difficult or impossible to remove.It is therefore advisable to treat the treated skin areas e.g.B. cover with gauze.However, cleaning the skin is possible without any problems.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.The skin cream must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Notes
Linola sept skin cream with clioquinol may only be used on infants and small children after consulting a doctor and following his instructions.Keep this medicine out of the reach and reach of children.You must not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton and tube after “Use by”.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.This medicine does not require any special storage conditions.Shelf life is 1 year after opening.No prescription is required for this product.
Other
- During long-term use, monitoring of iodine blood levels is advisable in the event of thyroid disorders.
- The cream can cause yellow to brown stains on clothing that are difficult to remove.
