The Cosmopor® sterile wound dressing is suitable for both postoperative wound care and the sterile care of minor injuries, for example as part of first aid.It is particularly suitable for patients with sensitive skin.

Cosmopor® sterile is a self-adhesive wound dressing that consists of a soft carrier fleece and a central wound pad.The wound contact layer consists of a fine-mesh polyethylene net that prevents it from sticking to the wound.The drainage effect of the micro-mesh enables secretions to be drained away quickly.The bandage is characterized by good absorbency and cushioning effect.It is also skin-friendly because it uses a hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive.
