Instructions for use of the article Vliwasorb sensitive Superabsorb. Wound dressing 15x25 cm: - Vliwasorb sensitive is a superabsorbent dressing with a silicone layer for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. - It protects the wound and wound environment, reduces the risk of maceration and facilitates fluid management to create an optimal moist wound environment. - By binding the exudate in the wound dressing, the bacterial count is reduced and removed during dressing changes. - The soft silicone wound contact layer is self-adhesive and ensures comfortable and easy application. - Vliwasorb sensitive offers stable shape retention, even when applied vertically, and protects clothing and bedding from soaking. - It is suitable for moderately to heavily exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, decubitus ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and postoperative wounds. - It is atraumatic and painless when the dressing is removed. - The dressing should not be cut. - The composition of the dressing includes silicone, non-woven fabric, polyacrylate and cellulose.
