Simeticon STADA 280 mg soft capsules: Simeticon STADA 280 mg soft capsules are a medicinal product for improving the condition of people with gastrointestinal problems caused by gas. The active ingredient simeticon reduces the surface tension of the air bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract and thus relieves flatulence, bloated stomach and feeling of fullness. The soft capsules can also be used in preparation for diagnostic examinations. They are taken after each main meal with a large glass of water. Children, people with hypersensitivity to simeticon or digestive tract problems should not take the product. There are no known side effects of simeticon. The soft capsules contain 280 mg of simeticon and other ingredients such as gelatine and water. The maximum duration of treatment is 30 days. A doctor should be consulted before taking the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The product is manufactured by STADA GmbH. It is recommended to avoid foods that promote flatulence to reduce bloating.
