Salvysat liquid is a herbal medicinal product used to treat increased sweating and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. It contains sage extract and sage oil as active ingredients. The liquid is used in adolescents from 12 years of age and adults. The recommended dosage is 2-3 ml, 3 times a day spread throughout the day for increased perspiration, or 5-10 ml (to half a glass of water), several times a day for inflammation of the mouth and throat. The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. In case of excessive sweating, the liquid can also be taken diluted. In the case of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, it can be used for gargling or rinsing, or applied undiluted to the affected areas with a cotton swab. The duration of use should not exceed 14 days. There are no known side effects. The medicine should not be used if you are allergic to sage or any of the other ingredients, in alcoholics or people with liver disease, unless prescribed by a doctor. It should be stored at room temperature and may be used for a maximum of 3 months after opening. Before use, the doctor or pharmacist should be informed of any other medicines taken.
