Cefanight intens 2 mg melting tabs are a food supplement designed to support faster sleep and relieve jet lag. Each melting tablet contains 2 mg melatonin and can be taken shortly before bedtime to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effects occur when 1 mg of melatonin is taken before bedtime, or when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin is taken before bedtime on the first day of travel and in the first few days after arrival at the destination. The melting tablets are vegan and have a pleasant vanilla taste. No subsequent intake of water is required. However, please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Before taking Cefanight intens 2 mg Enamel Tabs, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking long-term medication or those who operate machinery or drive should consult a doctor. It is also recommended that the product should not be taken with alcohol and should only be used by people aged 18 and over.
