The capsules from Kneipp® Eyes & Skin Relaxation contain a variety of nutrients.A daily dose of one capsule provides 800 μg of vitamin A, 45 μg of selenium, 50 μg of biotin, 80 mg of vitamin C, 63 mg of grape seed extract (of which 60 mg of polyphenols and 32 mg of OPC), 30 mg of marigold extract (of which 15 mg of lutein and 1.2 mg of zeaxanthin) and 80 mg of blueberry extract.No prescription is required for this product.

Application and dosage
