The Dr.Theiss Melatonin Sleep Spray Plus contains the following ingredients: water, stabilizer glycerin, valerian root extract (16.7%), ethanol, aroma, passion flower extract (1.7%), hop extract (1.7%), melatonin (0.17%), acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate and peppermint oil.

Dosage

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: Spray 4 sprays directly into the mouth approx. 30 minutes before going to bed.(4 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.For jet lag: spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth before going to bed.The positive effect occurs if at least 0.5 mg melatonin (= 2 sprays) is taken on the first day of travel and in the first days after arrival at the destination.
