Ingredients per daily serving (1 capsule): Zinc 1.5 mg (15% of the reference amount according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011), lactic acid bacterial cultures 5.0 x 10^8 KBE (no reference amount available).The intestinal symbionts included are Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Pediococcus pentosaceus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

Other ingredients are fructooligosaccharides, corn starch, glazing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maltodextrin, selected microorganisms (contain milk and soy), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc oxide, carriers mannitol and xanthan gum, glazing agent sodium carboxymethylcellulose and trehalose (a source of glucose).

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule daily (= daily portion) with plenty of liquid with or after a meal.
