Sinekrin film-coated tablets are a dietary supplement that was specifically developed for menopause.It contains a combination of vitamin B2, vitamin D3, selenium as well as plant enzymes and protein-containing lentil extract.These ingredients support the maintenance of healthy mucous membrane function.

Use and consumption recommendations

The recommended daily dose is one tablet twice a day, which should be taken whole with plenty of liquid one hour before or after a meal.It is important not to exceed the stated consumption amount.

Plant substance: Protein-containing lentil extract (975.6 mg per 100 g, 8 mg per daily serving).

Trace element: Selenium (13.82 mg per 100 g, 113 µg per daily serving, which corresponds to 206% of the reference amount).

Vitamins: Vitamin B2 (121.95 mg per 100 g, 1 mg per daily serving, which corresponds to 71% of the reference amount) and vitamin D3 (1.22 mg per 100 g, 10 µg = 400 IE per daily serving, which corresponds to 200% of the reference amount).

Ingredients

The ingredients of Sinekrin film-coated tablets include microcrystalline cellulose, bromelain from pineapple (17.8%), papain from papaya (17.8%, contains sulfites), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent talc, protein-containing lentil extract, magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, vegetable fat (rapeseed), vitamin B2, vanillin, sodium selenite and vitamin D3.

Allergens

The tablets contain extracts from pineapple, papaya and lentils, which may be relevant for allergy sufferers.
