Instructions for use of Baldrivit 600 mg

Baldrivit 600 mg is a herbal medicine that is used to calm mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.The active ingredient is valerian root dry extract.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Baldrivit 600 mg is used for mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.It is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.

Dosage and application

The usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is one coated tablet up to three times a day for mild nervous tension.If you have trouble sleeping, it is recommended to take a coated tablet one to two hours before going to bed.The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.

Baldrivit 600 mg should not be used for longer than two to four weeks without medical advice.If symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks of use, a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindications

Baldrivit 600 mg must not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to valerian or any of the other ingredients.It should not be taken by children under 12 years of age.Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Side effects

Possible side effects may include gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and abdominal cramps.The frequency of these side effects is not known.If side effects occur, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.

Composition

Each coated tablet contains 600 mg valerian root dry extract (3-6:1), extract agent: ethanol 70% (V/V).The other ingredients are sucrose, talc, glucose syrup, cellulose powder, calcium carbonate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone type A, titanium dioxide (E 171), white clay, arabic gum, hypromellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, macrogol 6000, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, glycerol 85%, iron (III) hydroxide oxide x H20(E 172), montan glycol wax.

Storage

Baldrivit 600 mg should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and kept out of the reach of children.The medicine must not be used after the expiry date stated on the pack.
