Baldrivit 600 mg is a herbal medicine that is used to calm mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The main active ingredient in Baldrivit 600 mg is valerian root dry extract.Each coated tablet contains 600 mg of valerian root dry extract extracted with ethanol 70% (v/v).In addition, the preparation contains various excipients such as arabic gum, calcium carbonate, cellulose powder, microcrystalline cellulose, iron(II)oxide, glucose solution, glycerol, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, montan glycol wax, povidone, sucrose, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide and white clay.

Application and dosage

Baldrivit 600 mg should always be taken exactly as directed.The usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is one coated tablet up to three times a day for mild nervous tension.If you have trouble sleeping, it is recommended to take a coated tablet about an hour before going to bed.The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.Continuous use over 2-4 weeks is recommended to achieve optimal treatment success.

Special Notes

Baldrivit 600 mg must not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to valerian or any of the other ingredients.Children under 12 years of age should not take the medicine.If possible, no alcohol should be consumed during use.The safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been sufficiently studied, therefore its use is not recommended in these cases.The medicine can impair the ability to drive and use machines.

Side effects

Possible side effects of Baldrivit 600 mg may include gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and abdominal cramps.The frequency of these side effects is not known.If side effects occur, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.

Storage

Baldrivit 600 mg should be kept out of the reach of children and not stored above 30°C.The medicine must not be used after the expiry date stated on the pack.
