Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops support the moistening of the surface of the eye, especially for wearers of hard or soft contact lenses.They help lubricate and re-lubricate the eyes and relieve symptoms such as burning, dryness or fatigue that can be caused by long periods of working at the PC, dry indoor air, cigarette smoke or drafts.Medications or eye treatments can also cause dry eyes.With Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops you noticeably protect, refresh and regenerate your eyes, right from the first application.Wearing contact lenses is perceived as more comfortable.

The hyaluronate contained in Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops is also found in the structures of the human eye and the natural tear film.Due to its very high water-binding capacity, it forms a long-lasting liquid film on the surface of the eye, which guarantees uniform lubrication of the eye.With Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops you can improve the stability of the tear film, providing your eyes with long-lasting moisture.

1 ml of Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops contains 2 mg of hyaluronic acid, sodium salt and allantoin as active ingredients.As other ingredients, it contains 1.5 µg polyhexanide, 0.1 mg disodium edetate-2 water, isotonic phosphate buffer and water for injections.

Contraindications

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops should not be used in infected eyes, at the same time as medicines to be applied to the eye or if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Dosage

If necessary, adults and children drip 1-2 drops of Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye.When using, hold the bottle vertically and avoid direct contact with the surface of the eye.Please note further information in the package insert.

Application

Wash and dry your hands carefully.To open, turn the screw cap counterclockwise until the safety lock breaks.Please remove the safety ring after opening the bottle for the first time.Hold the bottle with the opening pointing downwards and instill one or two drops into the conjunctival sac for each eye.By blinking, the solution is distributed and forms a transparent layer of liquid on the surface of the eye.After use, close the bottle with the cap.Alternatively, you can apply one to two drops to each contact lens before placing it in your eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into your eyes.Hylo-Vision HD Plus can also be instilled while wearing contact lenses.

Frequency and duration of use

Use Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops as needed or as directed by your ophthalmologist.Hylo-Vision HD Plus is suitable for long-term use, but if symptoms persist for a long time you should consult an ophthalmologist.In the case of additional local treatment of the eyes, there should be an interval of approx. 30 minutes between the two applications.Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be applied after the other products.

Storage and disposal

Store Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops at 5°C to 25°C.Protect the eye drops from frost and direct sunlight.Information about the lot number and the expiry date can be found on the bottle and on the folding box.Check the integrity of the bottle to ensure that the contents are germ-free.Do not use the eye drops if the bottle is damaged or the liquid is cloudy or colored. Be careful not to let the eye come into contact with the bottle to avoid injury or infection.The opening of the multi-dose container must not be touched by other objects or parts of the body.Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be kept out of the reach of children.The preparation may no longer be used after the expiry date.
