Description

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops are a sterile and slightly viscous wetting solution that is used to relieve dryness, irritation and mild irritation of the eyes.Due to their composition, the eye drops support cell regeneration and are suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

Hylo-Vision HD Plus contains hyaluronic acid and allantoin, which enable improved and long-lasting moisturization of the eye surface.Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that also occurs in the human eye and in the tear film.It is characterized by a high water-binding capacity and adheres well to the surface of the eye.Allantoin has a calming and nourishing effect and helps maintain moisture.Polyhexanide, a gentle preservative, protects the solution from contamination and is very well tolerated.

Area of application

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops support the moistening of the surface of the eye and are particularly suitable for wearers of contact lenses.They help lubricate and re-lubricate the eyes and relieve symptoms such as burning, dryness or fatigue that can be caused by long periods of working at the PC, dry indoor air, cigarette smoke or drafts.The eye drops protect, refresh and regenerate the eyes and improve the comfort of wearing contact lenses.

Application

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops are for external use only.Hands should be washed and dried carefully before use.The bottle is held with the opening pointing downwards and one or two drops are instilled into the conjunctival sac for each eye.The bottle should be closed after use.Alternatively, the drops can also be applied to the contact lenses before they are inserted.Hylo-Vision HD Plus can also be used while wearing contact lenses.

Dosage

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops can be used as needed or as directed by your ophthalmologist.They are suitable for long-term use, but an ophthalmologist should be consulted if symptoms persist for a long time.In the case of additional local treatment of the eyes, there should be an interval of approx. 30 minutes between the two applications.Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be applied after the other products.

Composition

1 ml Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops contains sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), allantoin, polyhexanide (PHMB, 0.00015%), sodium edetate (EDTA), sodium chloride, isotonic phosphate buffer and purified water.

Storage and disposal

Hylo-Vision HD Plus eye drops should be stored at 5°C to 25°C and protected from frost and direct sunlight.The bottle should be checked for integrity to ensure that the contents are germ-free.The eye drops should not be used if the bottle is damaged or the liquid is cloudy or colored.The opening of the multi-dose container must not be touched by other objects or parts of the body.Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.

Be careful not to let the eye come into contact with the bottle to avoid injury or infection.If you experience side effects of any kind, you should seek specialist medical advice.Hylo-Vision HD Plus is not suitable for the sole treatment of an eye infection and should not be used at the same time as other medicines or products applied to the eye as it may alter their effect.The same multi-dose container must not be used by multiple patients.Hylo-Vision HD Plus is not suitable as a storage liquid for contact lenses.
