Summary: Alvita Nasal Hygiene Spray is an ingredient-free and deep-penetrating spray used to clear the nose in infants, children and adults. It thins nasal mucus and removes foreign particles such as dust, pollen and allergens to relieve congestion and clear the nose. It is applied by spraying the spray into each nostril for 1-2 seconds. A nasal rinse that you can always have with you. I have a very barky nose in rooms with heaters. Spray 2 x into each nostril, wait a short time, blow your nose and everything is fine again.

I think the product is great. I suffer from hay fever and need to have a clear nose as I tend to have nasal inflammation. This spray does more than just "moisten" the nasal mucous membranes, it's a real nasal douche for when I'm out and about. If you take the 100ml into account, the product is even good value for money.
