Doppelherz aktiv Selenium 100 2-Phase Depot Tablets are a food supplement containing selenium. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress as well as to the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid gland. Since German soils are often low in selenium, plant foods are often only a small source of selenium. Doppelherz Selenium 100 contains a 2-phase depot tablet where the nutrients are released both immediately and over several hours. It is recommended to take one tablet a day, unchewed, with sufficient liquid. The product contains no allergens and is lactose and gluten free. It should not be taken by children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women unless recommended by a doctor. The pack contains 45 tablets with a net weight of 34.2 g.
