Leukomed T transparent sterile plasters are sterile, waterproof wound dressings used for fixation and protection.They offer two main applications: On the one hand, they fix catheters, compresses and other medical aids in a waterproof and germ-proof manner.On the other hand, they protect wounds that no longer secrete from friction and shear forces.The partial application of adhesive maintains the breathability of the film and reduces the risk of maceration.The high water vapor permeability prevents moisture accumulation and ensures safe use.The highly flexible, waterproof film offers a very high level of comfort and sits like a second skin on joints and extremities.Leukomed T is sterile and provides reliable protection against bacteria and germs. The rounded corners ensure secure fixation.The transparency allows for continuous inspection of the wound or fixation.The intuitive application system with the red stripe ensures uncomplicated, quick application, even with gloves.

Leukomed T consists of a transparent and extra-thin polyurethane film, partially coated with a polyacrylate adhesive.The product is latex-free.

Areas of application

The plasters are suitable for the waterproof fixation of intravenous catheters, both peripherally and centrally.They provide protection for non-secreting wounds and can be used as a secondary dressing for weakly secreting wounds.They also support the prophylaxis of skin areas at risk of pressure sores.
