Orthomol Vital F is a dietary supplement with sugar and sweeteners that contains important micronutrients for the nervous system and energy metabolism.It consists of a combination of granules, tablets and capsules.

Use/application/recommended consumption

Stir the contents of one sachet of the granules into 150 to 200 ml of still water every day and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and the capsule.
